Our built-in workflow allows them to easily update the status of the order, keeping the customer constantly up to date via email. Once the shopper has picked up their order, your customer service reps complete the order, which automatically updates your Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce or Magento website. Receipts can be either email or printed, whichever is preferred by you and your customers.
